Nick Arata

Founder and Owner of ByCollegeTees

Nick founded ByCollegeTees in 2013 after graduating with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Florida Atlantic University. Before completing his MBA, Nick was drafted by the Washington Nationals in 2008, where he served as an All Conference short-stop. Nick founded ByCollegeTees with the philosophy of increasing the odds of students becoming successful entrepreneurs by offering real life business lessons through day to day operations. Nick enjoys working with small businesses and take pride in his client relationships. 

Melanie Lattin

Operations Intern 

Melanie joined ByCollegeTees in Fall 2020. Melanie is currently attending the University of Miami, pursuing a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She currently has ambitions of obtaining a JD/MBA and pursuing a career in corporate law or venture capital. Melanie studied abroad Spring 2020 in London, and hopes to live in Europe again someday.
