Because of the current Covid precautions and holiday rush shipping times are EXTREMELY unreliable. Therefore we can NOT guarantee shipping and delivery times for ALL products ESPECIALLY customized products

Our business model relies on minimal inventory. Which means that almost every product we sell is made to order. So the time it takes for you to get your order is due to these factors

  • Production Time: 3-7 business days
    • this includes the time it takes us to get our blank goods
  • US Delivery Time: 8 - 14 Days
    • Delivery is out of our hands when we hand off to our USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL partners
  • International Delivery Time: 2 - 3 Weeks

* All orders are shipped with tracking. Days are calculated as business days. We average less than 14 days for customized orders and 7 days for our BC products
